Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of kega.ai and kega.info, the public websites of KEGA operated by SteamOps LLC under the trade name Kega.ai.
1. Acceptance
Accessing and browsing kega.ai and kega.info constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. By completing the demo request form, the visitor expressly accepts these terms.
2. Description of the sites' content
kega.ai and kega.info present commercial information about KEGA's ability to receive inbound calls and schedule service appointments with the corresponding dealership, as well as to perform call transfers, including real demo call recordings, the demo request form, and commercial outreach communications sent from kega.info. The sites do not offer a self-service mechanism to purchase the product; all contracting is formalized through an onboarding process assisted by the KEGA team, outside of the sites themselves.
3. Nature of example figures and indicators
Any illustrative figure or indicator shown on the sites is solely intended to exemplify the product's reporting format; it does not represent real data from any client or pilot, and should not be interpreted as a promise of results or performance.
4. Intellectual property
All content on the sites, including text, the KEGA brand, logos, demo recordings, transcripts, and page design, is the property of SteamOps or its licensors, and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written authorization.
5. No service contract on the sites
The information published on kega.ai and kega.info is for informational and commercial purposes only; it does not constitute a binding offer or a services agreement. Commercial terms, service scope, pricing, and support conditions will be set out in a separate contract, entered into between KEGA or SteamOps and the interested dealership following the onboarding process described on the sites.
6. Third-party links and logos
Dealership-system provider logos that appear on the sites are shown solely to identify technical compatibility integrations and do not imply sponsorship, exclusive business association, or endorsement by those companies.
7. Limitation of liability
Information on the sites is provided "as is," without warranties of absolute accuracy or uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SteamOps will not be liable for business decisions made solely based on the sites' informational content, without prejudice to any warranties expressly agreed in the applicable services contract.
8. Modifications
SteamOps may update the sites' content and these Terms and Conditions at any time, indicating the date of the last update.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The parties submit to the jurisdiction of state or federal courts located in Colorado, United States, to resolve any dispute they are unable to settle directly.
