Cookie Consent
Last updated: September 14, 2026
This notice describes the cookies and tracking technologies used on kega.ai and kega.info, the public websites of KEGA operated by SteamOps LLC under the trade name Kega.ai.
1. Status confirmed through source-code review
A review of kega.ai's source code and security configuration confirmed that the site does not use analytics, visitor-identification, or advertising cookies. The site's Content Security Policy restricts script-src and connect-src to its own origin only, which blocks by design the loading of external scripts such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, or Hotjar, and any network calls to external domains, such as those Apollo.io would use.
2. Confirmed absence of tracking in outreach emails
Commercial outreach communications sent from kega.info do not yet include any open- or click-tracking mechanism; this was confirmed directly by KEGA's commercial team. If this is enabled in the future, this section will be updated to identify the tool, its provider, and its purpose, and to assess the applicable consent model.
3. Strictly necessary cookies
The site uses, at most, cookies or technical storage that is strictly necessary for its basic operation, for example to remember a visitor's language preference and their acceptance of these policies. These cookies are exempt from the prior-consent requirement, though they are still disclosed in this notice.
4. Future addition of non-essential cookies
If SteamOps decides to enable Google Analytics, Apollo.io's tools, or another analytics or advertising tool in the future, doing so will require deliberately widening the site's Content Security Policy, which today prevents it by design, and must be accompanied by an update to this notice identifying each tool, its provider, and its purpose. The consent model that applies to kega.ai and kega.info, unlike the prior-consent model recommended for the rest of SteamOps' digital properties, is a notice-and-opt-out model, applied without regard to the visitor's geographic location. It will then be assessed whether such use constitutes a sale or share of personal data under applicable U.S. state privacy laws.
5. Browser Do Not Track signals
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. Because there is no industry standard for responding to this signal, the sites currently do not respond to it; this has no practical effect today, since there are no non-essential cookies to decline.
6. Contact and updates
Any questions about the use of cookies may be directed to hello@kega.info. This notice will be updated as soon as any analytics or advertising tool is enabled, or whenever the actual set of deployed cookies changes.
